The Canadian Cardiovascular Society (CCS) firmly believes that its membership holds the key to influencing the health landscape. Not only are the CCS’ 2,200 members experts in the field of cardiovascular patient care, but they are constituents and ultimately, voters.
Last year, the CCS and many of its members engaged in a number of advocacy activities, primarily towards the goal of securing sustainable funding for the CCS Quality Project, which aims to implement a pan-Canadian performance measurement and quality reporting system for cardiovascular care.
Now, the CCS is looking to its membership to help inform its future advocacy activities, resources and areas of focus.
We ask that you please complete the following 5-minute survey to share your feedback on what cardiovascular care topic areas matter to you, how you perceive your role as an advocate for health system change, and what advocacy activities you've engaged in in support of the CCS Quality Project.
The results of this survey will be kept anonymous, and will be used for internal planning purposes only.
