Every employee requires leadership competencies and skills. Organizations need to democratize their leadership development programs to embody a leadership culture across and down the organization.

Brandon Hall Group’s new research initiative, Creating a Leadership Development Program for Every Employee, seeks to understand how organizations are reimagining leader development so that all employees are prepared whenever they have opportunities to lead. Areas of inquiry include:
  • How are employers building a culture of continuous leader learning?
  • What do organizations see as the benefits to training all employees on leadership?
  • How is leader training for all designed and delivered across the organization?
