Circular Economy Workshop

Thank you for your interest in participating in a circular economy workshop with York Region. Please note that this workshop is only open to representatives of businesses and organizations with involvement in circular economy initiatives, as well as academics.

Over the coming months, the Sustainable Waste Management team will be developing a roadmap for implementation of the circular economy for the Region and within our communities. We would like to engage with businesses and organizations who are doing work to advance the circular economy in York Region to share our plans, learn more about your efforts, understand how York Region can best support you, and discuss how we can continue to engage the community going forward as we develop our circular economy roadmap.

We will be holding an online workshop for York Region community organization and businesses on Friday, October 1 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. via Zoom. To register or to indicate your interest in alternative ways to participate, please fill out the following survey.
