This goal of this survey is to help the MSA obtain valuable feedback and guidance on students’ experiences with the student Health & Dental Plan, the Mental Health Support service (Empower Me), and the virtual health care service (HI).
All full-time students have access to Empower Me and Health Interactive (HI) through the Dialogue app.
Empower Me is a mental health resource that can aid in the prevention and treatment of mental health issues and provide support to improve personal wellness.
HI (Health Interactive) allows students to virtually connect with physicians via chat, video, or phone. It can help prevent and treat health-related issues.
The intent is to obtain your opinion so that the MSA can understand your level of knowledge and usage of the Health & Dental Plan and its services. There are no right or wrong answers. This survey is confidential, and your personal information will not be shared or published.
