It's Time to Tip-Off for Some March Madness...

One of the many COVID casualties of 2020 was the NCAA’s March Madness men’s college basketball tournament – but it’s back this year – as is your chance to pick a winner – and/or a favorite.

“March Madness” is, of course, the yearly college basketball tournament held by the NCAA that runs from mid-March to early April.  It’s been going on since 1939, though the field has expanded over the years (it began with just eight teams playing against one another when Oregon beat Ohio State to take home the first tournament title).

Every year it seems that a staffing firm (or two) tells us (and our bosses) that, with as many as 37.3 million workers participating in March Madness office pools and up to 1.5 million watching games online from their desks, the NCAA men’s college basketball championship tournament takes a toll on productivity and the economy.  Who knows, with many still working from home, it could be even bigger??!!

So, let’s get started.
