Thank you for participating in the Print Industry Convergence Survey.

As the print industry continues to evolve, printers may consider expanding their service offerings to include additional print segments.

This study, conducted by NAPCO Research in conjunction with the PRINTING United Alliance, will evaluate the degree to which printers are expanding beyond their primary segment into adjacent segments and the accompanying capital investments they may be making to support that expansion.

The survey should take no more than 5-7 minutes to complete. At the end of the survey you will have the opportunity to be entered to win one of twenty $20 Amazon gift cards. Please see contest rules for more information. To ensure confidentiality, the results of this survey will only be reported anonymously and in aggregate.

Before you begin the survey, take a moment to review the table below and determine the segment that most closely describes your PRIMARY print segment. Make note of it and refer to it when the survey asks questions related to your primary print segment.
