Question Title

* 1. The goal of this study is to validate algorithms for measuring vital signs, such as blood pressure.

Should you qualify, you will be scheduled for a pre-screening session which will be used to determine eligibility in the remainder of the study. If you do not qualify after the initial screening session, you will be compensated $150 for your time and travel will be paid for up to $80.

Depending on how many portions of the study you qualify for and complete, the total incentive is between $150 to $2250 (before travel reimbursements). Typical study participation includes 4 visits at our research center (including the pre-screening appointment) and 3 follow-up phone calls.

During your study visits, you will be required to complete a few assessments including, but not limited to:
  • Physical exam
  • Wear a smartwatch to collect vital sign data
  • Have an intra-arterial blood pressure line (A-Line) placed by a study physician
  • Wear sensors on your torso and finger for 12 lead ECG measurements and pulse oximetry
  • Complete a series of leg press exercises
  • Switch between periods of sitting and laying down while your blood pressure is monitored
