Introduction

Ealing Council wants to hear your views about anti-social behaviour and public safety and is consulting on whether to extend the borough-wide Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO).

A PSPO identifies specific unreasonable and persistent behaviours that have a detrimental effect on people in public spaces and gives the police and council an additional tool to tackle these.

The borough-wide PSPO was introduced in 2019 to address concerns regarding anti-social behaviour in Ealing's public spaces, including town centres, parks and housing estates.

We are now seeking your views on the proposed continuation of the current PSPO that ends in September 2025. Please complete the survey by 22 August 2025.

There is a supporting document provided alongside this consultation which provides additional information and details about the PSPO.

Information you provide through this survey will be invaluable in informing the decision on extending the current PSPO, and will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR.
