If my application is successful, I understand my attendance is required for the duration of the event on Tuesday 6th February.

I understand that attendance is free of charge for qualifying delegates and that this is an exclusive, high value one-day event of professional development & executive meetings. Therefore attendee numbers are restricted and I agree that a cancellation fee of $400 will apply should I cancel after 31/01/2018 and my organisation does not provide a suitable replacement.
