Fowler LCAP Parent Survey 2020 |
Fowler Unified School District needs your feedback regarding the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP). The LCAP describes the district’s goals and vision, including a budget to meet the priorities. This survey will inform us about which LCAP goal you consider most important in improving education for Fowler Unified students. Feedback from prior surveys has helped us develop the current plan.
Please answer each question to the best of your ability. There is no right or wrong answer, just your opinion. Your answers will remain anonymous. The survey must be completed in one session. You will not be able to save your answers and come back at a later time to complete the survey. The average time it takes to complete the survey is 15 minutes.
During the session, you can check your previous responses by clicking on the "back" button at the bottom of each page. When you are ready to submit your answers, click on the "done" button at the bottom of the last page. Once you press "done", you have successfully completed the survey.
