IT Security Project Manager - UAE |
Help AG is looking for an experienced IT Security Project Manager to join our office in Riyadh, KSA. Reporting to the PMO, the Project Manager ensures that technical and consulting projects are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule and within the quality standards set by the company.
Our projects range from 10 to 100+ man-days and involve several Help AG consultants and customer personnel, as well as third parties. The scope of the projects can include technical implementation as well as organizational consulting.
The Project Manager handles multiple projects at the same time and is responsible to ensure proper communication and task monitoring and management throughout the project delivery and among all involved parties. Smooth and successful delivery of the project is the goal for the IT Security Project Manager.
IT Security Project Manager:
Maintains the project within intended scope, budget, and schedule
Maintains and manages project scope to avoid scope creep and ensure projects’ successful closure
Develops project plans and monitors slippages and deviations throughout the project lifecycle, and reports to intended stakeholders
Manages and reports risks in a timely manner; and develops risk mitigation strategies
Drives professional Change Management
Schedules and leads customer meetings, steering committee, escalations
Responsible for maintaining proper communication channels for all parties involved in the project.
Maximizes customer satisfaction
Monitors procedural compliance (i.e., issue tracking, scope management, risk management, etc.)

Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of total experience in Multidisciplinary IT or IT-Infrastructure Project Management.
Highly competent in Project and Stakeholder Management Evidence of completing several project life cycles with ultimate accountability and responsibility as a project manager.
Skills:
Fluent English and Arabic are a must
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or a closely related degree

Expert skills in Project Management
PMP, PRINCE2 or similar formal PM certification
ITIL Accreditation (or relevant experience)
