How Long is Your Workweek?

A new study claims that working more than 25 hours a week has a “negative impact” on cognition.

That study  – conducted on Australians – found that while working hours up to around 25 hours a week, an increase in working hours has a positive impact on cognitive functioning, though beyond that the researchers found a negative impact (they also found no statistical difference in the effects of working hours on cognitive functioning between men and women).
