Thank you for your interest in registering as a Group Activity Facilitator with Wesley Mission Queensland at our St Marks aged care community at Chermside.

The Group Activity Facilitator is responsible for facilitating the scheduled activity for residents including setting up and packing away of resources. Activities can include bingo, board games, discussion groups, reading a book, men’s shed, craft, singalong or an activity of your choice, all ideas are welcome! These activities assist residents with improving fitness levels, promoting a sense of well-being, and encouraging community connectedness. Most importantly they bring joy and create smiles!

The volunteering hours currently available for this role are Monday to Friday between 9am and 3.30pm.
This program is located at St Marks Aged Care Community where the residents enjoy a wonderful sense of life, fun, and friendship.
