Welcome to the Evolving Practices in Real Estate Development 2019 Survey!

The Urban Land Institute is committed to shaping the future of the real estate industry and creating thriving communities around the globe. This includes supporting the adoption of new and evolving practices that create positive social and health impacts. The intent of this survey is to:
  1. explore the current state of adoption of new and evolving real estate practices, and
  2. identify opportunities and challenges.
 The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will help inform and shape future programming, events, and content on health, wellness, social impact, and the built environment at ULI.

Please note that your responses will be analyzed in the aggregate and not at the individual level.
