Current Trends and Opinions in Return to Play Recommendations for Recreational Athletes Following Cervical Spine Surgery

Study Purpose: To elucidate surgeon practice patterns regarding clearing recreational athletes for return to play following select cervical spine procedures for traumatic (and/or degenerative) pathologies.

Study Methodology: Anonymous, cross-sectional, electronic survey of spinal surgeons.

Estimated Completion Time:
Less than 10 minutes.

Study Risks: There are no direct foreseeable risks associated with this project. Every reasonable effort has been taken to maintain data privacy and confidentiality. There are no direct benefits or incentives associated with completing this survey.
