Since 2017, Executive PA Media in partnership with industry stakeholders, has conducted an annual national business events survey to give EAs a direct voice to the suppliers that serve them. Your insights are so useful that suppliers and government agencies have used them to improve their services and bid for additional resources.
We intend to do the same for business travel - to find out from you how suppliers in this sector can better tailor their services to time poor EAs and event organisers.
Apart from the executives who make their own arrangements, you represent by far the largest group of direct bookers of business travel. Executive assistants and in-house event organisers in Australia book up to $5.9 billion of business travel every year (EAs $3.6 billion, and event organisers $1.3 billion). This is why the business travel industry want to hear from you.
