Welcome to the RY Customer Insights survey

Thank you for taking the time to fill out this Customer Obsession survey. 

We hope to identify the common challenges larger organisations are facing as they become more customer-centric. We’re doing this from the perception of the people that know them best – their people.

Already, over one hundred senior professionals from large organisations have been asked “What gets in the way of your firm becoming more customer obsessed?” This data gives us a snapshot of the perceived barriers to customer-centricity within these organisations.

We’re now running the same anonymous online survey with you and your colleagues so we can bring together our existing snapshot research with your own unique perspective.

What we find and discuss isn’t meant to be a comprehensive benchmark, but it is useful to start discussions with your colleagues about the perceptions of what is holding you back.

In a follow up session, we will present back the trends we’ve found and show how you compare to similar type organisations. All of this will be supported with some best practice examples and practical tips crowdsourced from those at the coalface of customer experience.

The survey should take about five to seven minutes to complete. Your responses are anonymous and will never be correlated or shared in any way that could identify you individually.

Remember, we’re mostly curious about your perception. Please don’t worry if you are not 100% confident in your answers. Our experience has shown us that most people instinctively know what their organisation is great at, and where it needs a little more work.
