ELIGIBILITY: The Sheetz Inc.® “Customer Satisfaction” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, North Carolina, Maryland, and the District of Columbia, who have reached the age of majority in his or her state of residence at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, and Administrator (as listed below), their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and/or household members and any other persons or entities associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Sheetz Inc., 5700 Sixth Ave., Altoona, PA 16602 (the “Sponsor”) and administered by American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., Inc., 300 State St. Suite 402 Rochester, NY 14614 (the “Administrator”).
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, Entrants (“Entrants”) agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning the Monthly Prize (defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
TWO WAYS TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 1, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Eligible Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes through either of the following two (2) methods of entry.
1). Online: Eligible Entrants who receive a Customer Satisfaction Survey invitation online must follow the instructions to complete the Customer Satisfaction Survey and/or to be entered into the Sweepstakes (the “Website”). At the Website, Entrants will also be instructed to follow the links and instructions to complete a Sweepstakes registration form. Entrants will be required to provide their full name and phone number. All required information must be provided to enter and to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Each completed registration (including valid code) and survey will result in one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
All online entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2025.2). By Mail - To enter by mail, during the Sweepstakes Period, send a 3"x 5" piece of paper including your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address, and mail it, in a business size #10 envelope (including proper postage) to: Sheetz Inc. Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes, PO Box 396, Macedon, NY 14502-0396. All mailed entries must be complete and legible. The date on which a mail-in Entry is received will determine the weekly drawing for which that mail-in Entry is eligible.
All mailed entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2025 and received by October 5, 2025. NOTE: Mail-in entry card and envelope must be hand printed by the Entrant only. In addition, Entrants are not permitted to use any 3rd party organization to assist with the entry process in any way (as determined by the ADMINISTRATOR). Each Envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments of entries will not be accepted.
