I would really appreciate your help and feedback about the ideas outlined in this survey for future Early Years SENCo/SEND training. We have the opportunity to work with the EP service to develop some training with a focus on Neurodiversity.

Course to include an element of practical tasks to do in the setting and then follow up discussion time to unpick impact and any barriers etc.
EP could support learning and implementation back in the setting and model strategies and techniques with particular children
