Revive2Thrive means that all Precinct 2's investments are based on what the community wants and needs. Below are four potential alternatives for Hopper Road.
Option 1 : Existing Road + Sidewalks
Maintains the current roadway configuration while adding continuous sidewalks with buffers on both sides to create a more structured and organized street.

NOTE: Option 1 will look different on each side of IH 69 based on the existing roadway configuration.


West of IH 69: Existing four-lane road with buffered sidewalks.
East of IH 69: Existing two-lane road with sidewalks.
Option 2 : One Lane Each Way + Center Turn Lane + Sidewalks
This option reduces the road to three lanes: one travel lane in each direction and a center turn lane. It also adds 6-footsidewalks with 4-foot buffers on both sides. East of IH 69 would be widened to match this layout.
Option 3 : One Lane Each Way + Center Turn Lane + Shared Use Path + Sidewalk
This option reduces the road to three lanes with a center turn lane, adds a shared use path on one side, and adds a sidewalk on the other. East of IH 69 would be widened to match this layout.
Option 4 : One Lane Each Way + Shared Use Paths
This option reduces the road to two lanes and adds shared use paths with buffers on both sides. East of IH 69 would match this layout.
