Please read the following description:

We are building an API feature that will allow your customers to pass their customer information to you. This new feature will load the live chat widget on your website with any previous live chats you have had with that contact and in the case where you have already got their contact information, it won't ask for it again. This new feature will also mean that your customers will appear as 'verified' or 'authenticated' in the Inbox so you can be sure of who you are talking to.
