Academy Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Applicants must live or work in the City of Alexandria.
• Applicants must not have had a misdemeanor arrest within 1 year of application.
• Applicants must have no felony convictions.
• Class size is limited to 25 participants.
