9.Do you have a specific name you would like your group to be called should you make the Top 5? This can be a classroom number, nickname or made up name of your pirate crew
Should you make the Top 5 we will inform the Teacher/Adult Leader named on this entry form prior to the video being uploaded to our social media. For privacy reasons, we will not mention the official classroom name/number, only the nickname or group name you have selected above. We will mention the school name unless specifically requested not to.
If your school would prefer not to be named, we will simply state the group name and age-group of the students for voting.

After completion of this entry form, please email your video submission to fun@rainbowsend.co.nz who will respond to confirm your submission has been received.

We cannot wait to see your talented tamariki and will be in touch with results regardless of the outcome by Tuesday 21st October 2025.
