Thank you for expressing an interest in working with Shaw Trust.
As one of the leading not for profit providers of welfare to work, Shaw Trust understands the importance of working with a diverse network of suppliers from the Private, Public and Voluntary sector to secure the best possible outcomes for our customers.
We are fully committed to working with organisations who can deliver a high quality and responsive service to customers, local employers, stakeholders and local communities.

Shaw Trust’s partnership application process consists of three stages:

Stage One:
Completion of Shaw Trust’s Standard Expression of Interest (EOI) Form.
This form maps to the Merlin Standard EOI and evaluates each potential partner’s basic delivery experience, quality of service and financial standing.
Partners who pass Shaw Trust’s minimum requirements will be entered onto Shaw Trust’s Approved Provider Framework.
Partners on the Framework will be able to apply for a range of tendering opportunities, and will not need to resubmit the information on this Standard EOI
Each partner’s Standard EOI should be updated annually.

Stage Two:
Completion of an Opportunity Specific Application Form / Request for further information.
Partners will need to complete an Opportunity Specific Application Form for each new tender opportunity that we decide to bid as a Prime.
The Opportunity Specific Application Form will examine in further detail, each partner’s sector specific expertise, geographical coverage, track record, proposed delivery methodology, ability to achieve contractual outcomes and value for money for each tender opportunity.

Stage Three:
Tender negotiation stage
If a partner’s Opportunity Specific Application Form is successful, a member of the partnership team will make contact to discuss the opportunity, provide feedback and lead on potential negotiations.

Any questions regarding our partnership process can be directed to partnerships@shaw-trust.org.uk

This EoI needs to be completed in one sitting as it cannot be saved and returned to. We suggest that the longer text answers are cut and pasted in from prepared text.
