Thank you for your interest in registering as a Share Your Time With Seniors Volunteer at Sinnamon Village which is located at 620 Seventeen Mile Rocks Road, Sinnamon Park QLD 4073.

Wesley Mission Queensland was the first provider of aged care in Brisbane, established Queensland’s first aged care community in 1936. We are privileged to share in the lives of our seniors and celebrate their wisdom and wealth of knowledge.

Each day staff and volunteers look for meaningful ways to provide opportunities for varied social events and activities, encourage the use of old talents and the learning of new ones, and create a home where senior residents feel safe and comfortable. By working alongside them, staff and volunteers also help residents to maintain existing connections with family and friends and stay active and social in their community.

Sinnamon Village is opportunely located in easy walking distance to public transport, Jindalee Home Shopping Centre, restaurants, and the Jindalee Hotel. The convenient Sinnamon Village bus is available to take seniors on regular outings.

Our Sinnamon Park aged care communities have proudly embraced the internationally-recognised Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care.
