Help AG is looking for an experienced IT Security Solutions Architect to join their team in the Riyadh, KSA. Solutions Architect will be one of the key members of the highly efficient, professional and fast growing team.

The candidate will have a key role in positioning of Help AG’s security solutions to customers and prospects and creating technical content for proposals and RFP responses. The Solution Architect will be critical to ensure success of Proof of Concepts. 

During and post implementation the Solution Architect will be tasked to ensure customer success (from technology architecture and solution point of view), ensure alignment with implementation team and detect cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. 

The role is crucial to Help AG’s success in the market and strongly sales-focused to ensure increased business.

Candidates should have a University degree from a related field and relevant security certifications, both from vendors and vendor-independent


  • Excellent Technical architectural understanding of the portfolio of several key technologies: Palo Alto Networks, F5 Networks, Symantec, Cisco, Infoblox, IXIA and others
  • Very solid understanding of Cyber- and information security challenges and strategies
  • Technical and solution knowledge on IaaS and SaaS is a plus

  • Strong Consulting skills covering both technical as well as commercial understanding of an opportunity
  • Solid understanding of technology from both a technical as well as a concept perspective 
  • Strong pedagogical skills in explaining difficult technical concepts in an easy to understand way

  • Assisting Business Development Managers in customer meetings, focusing on positioning our technical solutions and services, understanding customers environment and manage expectations.
  • Ensure empowerment of Business Development Managers in key areas of expertise
  • Assist Business Development Managers with strategic account planning (from technology point of view)
  • Ensure technical success of implementations (from technology architecture and solution point of view) through interaction with the project team
  • Support the sales process by leveraging Help AG’s defined solutions and manage customer expectations towards a successful sale
  • Involve vendor presales and help AG’s internal technology leads as required and manage any external involvement as technical interface to the customer
  • Create high-end technical content for proposals including required drawings, project plans, technical compliance and other usual formal RFP requirements
  • Define proper scope of work (SOW) of any proposed solution
  • Coordinate any technical third party involvement for presales/proposal process
  • Arrange, define, manage and monitor Proof of Concept (POC) with customers including scope, success criteria, technical requirements, timelines and presentation of results
  • Coordinate with internal team leaders and tech leaders to successfully deliver the POC.
