We want your input to help shape the future of Sonatype Nexus products! Whether you're just interested in Nexus products or are a long-time customer, we'd like to hear from you. Participate in Nexus usability tests and interviews over remote meeting calls.
User testing participants receive gratuity gift cards after the session, usually $100 after participating in a 1 hour session. Gratuity eligibility is dependent on country residency and session type.
Study details
Your participation will help to shape tomorrow's products. Eligibility for gratuity is determined by country, items are typically Amazon gift cards or equivalently-valued products. You can participate in Sonatype Customer Feedback Sessions from anywhere - sessions are conducted over WebEx or Join.Me with a variety of session times and dates available regularly.

By filling out this form, it allows us to find a customer feedback session that is a good fit for you. Only the first and last pages are required, the other information is optional but will help us to find a study that matches your interests.
Session opportunities
We will email or call you when a session is available that we think will interest you. Sessions are 30-90 minutes in length, with individuals or groups, and may entail:
- Usability tests (opportunities to give feedback on existing products or prototypes)
- Interviews (discussions regarding your current use of products or needs)
- Product team calls (calls with a chance to give feedback directly to Sonatype product owners and developers)
- Concept tests (opportunities to discuss the value of future concepts)
