This brief survey is for adults who live or work in Stamford. The data you provide is invaluable to the Stamford Prevention Council as well as other community partners in Stamford. All information collected will be anonymous. The survey may take about 5 minutes. If you have already completed the survey, please do not take it again.
Please note that Stamford Public Schools students in grades 7-12 completed an anonymous survey titled Youth Voices Count Survey in May 2024. We look forward to hearing the voices of adults in our community as well!
