Will the Fiduciary Litigation Matter?

Last week the widely anticipated litigation was filed against the fiduciary regulation – not one, but two – and in different venues.

This week, we’d like to know what you think of the litigation, the prospects for success or lack thereof, and if you think it will have any impact on the preparations for compliance with the fiduciary regulation.
