TOKTWD - November 1st, 2023
Thank you very much for your interest in Take Our Kids to Work Day with the NWT Health and Social Services System!
Please fill out the following registration information for your student or class. If you are submitting an application for more than one student, but not a full classroom, please complete a new application for each individual student.
Once we have received and reviewed the information we will send a follow up email confirming your student / class registration. This email will also include a Placement Agreement to be signed and sent back prior to Take Our Kids to Work Day.
Please note TOKTWD is intended for Grade 9 students, however we will support students in other grades, where possible. We will also be supporting in-person and virtual attendance.
Students in Yellowknife will have an opportunity to attend a full-day, in-person session starting at Chateau Nova and ending with a tour of Stanton Territorial Hospital. Students in Hay River will have an opportunity to attend a full-day, in-person session at the Hay River Regional Hospital. The in-person events have limited availability, all applicants that we are not able to accommodate can be enrolled in the virtual event.
