At the Healthcare Infection Society, we're looking to develop both how we talk about ourselves as an organisation and how we look, and we would like your feedback to help us do this.
This survey has been sent to Healthcare Infection Society members and non-members, so we can seek the broadest and richest feedback possible both on the messages we use, and our visual look and feel.
Your views will be used to build and shape our work so we can do even more to support you, and our field, more widely.
When you have completed the survey, there will be an opportunity to enter a prize draw with a chance to win a £50 Amazon gift voucher, or free registration at the Healthcare Infection Society Spring Meeting on 23 May 2018.
The survey will take about 10-15 minutes to complete, and all responses will be completely confidential. Towards the end of the survey, you will have the opportunity to see and comment on some new logo concepts for the Society. The survey will close on Monday 18 December.
