How professional firms align strategy with equity partner reward will be critical to navigating the next 3-5 years.
This survey provides respondents with valuable insight into current practices and future intentions about how firms manage the contributions of their partners and how these contributions translate into financial reward.
This survey builds on our 2015, 2017 and 2020 Partner Contribution & Compensation Surveys.
Each participant will receive a copy of our survey report and invites to online and in person briefings.
