1. About this survey...

Thank you for taking the time to participate in Tendring District Council's Resident's Consultation, conducted independently by Mackman Research.

About our research
Tendring District Council (TDC) is currently developing its Corporate Plan for 2024-28. The plan will determine its focus and provision of services across the district. As part of the drafting process, Tendring District Council (TDC) would like to consult with Tendring residents and businesses to find out what really matters to people living and working in the district.
This survey shares the draft Corporate Plan's key themes and gives you the opportunity to express your views and experiences about services that affect you living and working in Tendring.  Your answers will help TDC understand what they should prioritise, and what issues really matter to Tendring residents and businesses.

How long will the survey take?
The survey takes around 15 minutes to complete, depending on your answers.

What will you do with my answers/information?
All the information we collect will be kept in the strictest confidence and used to help clarify or refine the themes within TDC's Corporate Plan, and the priorities to focus on in the coming years.

All personal information will be held under strict Data Protection arrangements and will later be destroyed by Mackman Research at the end of the project. No individuals will be identifiable in the reported findings and no personal data will be shared with 3rd parties or used for any other purpose than this research. No personally identifying data will be retained after the research is completed and its findings considered.
