The Community Plate, in partnership with Peninsula Health and Monash University, have taken a collective approach to strengthen the local food system and improve healthy eating outcomes in the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula regions. Eating fresh, healthy food helps us stay strong, active and feel great. Growing local food is also better for the planet.

We invite you to have your say by 16 March 2021 on how The Community Plate can support more people in Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula to connect with fresh, healthy food. This is entirely voluntary and will take around 5 minutes of your time.  All responses are confidential.

People who complete the survey have the option to go into a draw to win a hamper of local product to the value of $100.

You may also choose to register your interest in attending a community workshop to further contribute your ideas.

For more information on this survey, or The Community Plate please visit our website, contact us on 0434 608 535 or email .

You may also choose to view the Monash University explanatory statement at any time.

Thank you for supporting The Community Plate to create real, long-term change.
