We are pleased to announce the list of nominees for our annual NAPA Top Women of Excellence award below.
While the determination of the final list of top women in the industry is made solely by a panel of expert judges, based on applications submitted by the nominees, you can still support these great candidates.
The new categories break down as follows:
Captains—Focused on the growth of the organization and business. They are principals, leaders, owners, and producing advisors.
MVPs—Non-producing relationship managers primarily focused on managing relationships and the retention of clients.
Rising Stars—They have less than five years in the business and are either emerging team leaders or new producers.
You can show your support through 5:00 p.m. (PT) on Sept. 28, 2026, and the final list will be announced on October 20, 2026.
