European Commission Consultation on the main barriers to cross-border distribution of venture capital funds

We welcome your input to this short survey in order for Invest Europe to prepare a full, detailed response to this important European Commission consultation on the barriers to cross-border distribution and marketing of funds. All questions of this consultation which are directly relevant to our venture capital members are included in this survey.

Responses to this consultation will be used by the Commission in the discussions they have with Member State authorities about burdensome and potentially discriminatory national rules that raise costs for venture capital fund managers operating cross-border.

Do note that we value any type of input and that you are allowed to only respond to some parts of this questionnaire. 

Your comments to this survey will be treated in a strictly confidential manner and will only be seen by the Public Affairs Team of Invest Europe. All feedback will be consolidated and anonymised in our final industry response.
