The Town of Diana is updating its Zoning Law for the first time since the Village of Harrisville dissolved and merged with the Town in 2018. The update replaces the inconsistent zoning codes of the Town and former Village with a single, unified law for the entire Town of Diana. This code consolidation also implements the goals of the Town of Diana Comprehensive Plan adopted in 2019.
