The Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) wants to hear from you!

The MDTA is the State agency responsible for operating and maintaining Maryland’s toll facilities. The MDTA manages the E-ZPass® system statewide, providing electronic toll collection that keeps traffic moving safely and efficiently.

The MDTA has partnered with EurekaFacts, an independent research company, to gather feedback from Maryland residents on communications and messaging surrounding the Francis Scott Key Bridge (“Key Bridge”) rebuild—not the rebuild itself.

We are inviting residents, commuters, and business owners to participate in virtual online discussion groups, which will last approximately 60 minutes. A few sessions will be conducted in Spanish.
Participation is voluntary. Your response will be kept confidential and anonymous – we will not share personal information or responses with anyone outside the research team.
During the discussion groups, we want to learn about the resources you use (for example, email, news, and social media) and get your feedback on materials.
After completing the study, participants will receive a $100 electronic gift card as compensation for their time and effort.
