We welcome your input to this short survey in order for Invest Europe to prepare a full, detailed response to this important European Commission consultation on the barriers to cross-border distribution and marketing of funds. All questions of this consultation which are directly relevant to our LP members are included in this survey.
Do note that we value any type of input and that this questionnaire allows you to only respond to some of the questions.
Responses to this consultation will be used by the Commission in the discussions they have with Member State authorities about burdensome and potentially discriminatory national rules that raise costs for funds trying access investors cross-border.
