Understanding smoking and vaping among 11-15 year olds: parents and carers survey |
Introduction
The Public Health Team at Portsmouth City Council is conducting a needs assessment to better understand smoking and vaping (e-cigarette use) amongst children aged 11 to 15.
As part of this, parents and carers are invited to complete a short survey. It should take 5-10 minutes to complete and closes on Sunday 18 May 2025.
The information collected will always be anonymised, so you will not be identifiable by your answers.
There are no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ answers. Feel free to be completely open and honest but please do not give personal details (such as name and address) within any free text boxes.
It is helpful if you complete the 'About You' section at the end of this survey. This helps us to monitor how well our findings represent the views of different families living in Portsmouth.
Please be aware that your answers will be automatically saved, even if you close it halfway through. This means that you can return to the survey and pick it up where you left off.
We value your feedback to inform our response and next steps.
