Organization Culture Assessment

This assessment will provide insight into the organizational culture within your organization and give you the opportunity to begin shaping the current culture into what it is preferred to be.

This will be done through a series of 12 questions within this assessment. 6 of these questions will be labeled "today" and are all on page 1 of this assessment. These are the questions regarding current culture. The 6 questions labeled "tomorrow" are all on page 2 and they are for the preferred culture.

The feedback from this assessment is very helpful in determining a course of action for your organization. Thank you for your participation!
