VRF Feedback Survey

Introduction

St Martin-in-the-Fields Charity are committed to delivering the VRF (Vicar’s Relief Fund) to enable people to access funds to prevent eviction and access accommodation. To ensure we do this effectively we are reviewing our processes (from registration through to the application and post grant evidence submission), with a view to making improvements to the process at the start of the next financial year (April 2023).

We would like to hear from frontline workers across the UK who have used the VRF. We would be incredibly grateful if you would complete the following short survey so we can feed your experiences of applying to the VRF into our review process.

Please be honest in your feedback to help us identify improvements.  We can’t guarantee all suggested changes will be implemented but we do promise to read and consider all comments and where possible, put plans in place in the short and longer term to address issues raised.

All survey responses are anonymous and will not impact on any future applications you may make to the VRF. You can view our privacy notice here.

The deadline for submitting your response is 10th February 2023.
