This is a short (15 minute or less) survey about risk management in the AEC industry.  This is intended for professionals working in the industry or related fields. 

Please answer the following to the best of your ability. If there are questions you are unable or don't want to answer, please skip and move on to the next.  Your results are completely confidential and no one will be able to identify you or your firm as a participant.
