You are invited to submit an application to attend a free one-day workshop that will introduce you to Project 2061's curriculum materials for middle school science and high school biology students. The workshop will also give you a chance to try out activities in the two units to see how they support the three-dimensional vision of teaching and learning in Next Generation Science Standards.
The workshop will take place at AAAS Headquarters in Washington, DC, and is free of charge for those selected to attend. Teams of two or more middle and high school educators are encouraged to apply.
A light breakfast and lunch will be served.
