Multisite Unpacked: Trends, Tactics, and Tomorrow

Welcome! We’re building the nation’s most comprehensive report on multisite churches—across all sizes and models—but we can do so only with your input.

Topics include:

• Financial strategies for multisite health and growth
• Campus launch strategies, including facility questions
• Managing relationships between “central” and “campus”
• Filling and sustaining the leadership development “pipeline”
• Campus pastor profiles -- satisfaction, fruitfulness, tenure, age, gender, etc.
• Multiplication: How campuses are birthing new campuses and/or new churches

In order to get this information for you, we need 12-15 minutes of your valuable time, trust, and expertise — plus any optional “open-ended” questions you choose to answer. We’ll ask your role (exec team, location pastor, etc.), and then we’ll ask questions most relevant to you.

We’re hoping for multiple participants from each multisite church – ideally, one person from the senior team (questions about strategy), plus every campus pastor (questions about satisfaction, effectiveness, etc.).
