Introduction: As indicated in the e-mail introduction, the survey is confidential in the sense that the information will be used by the organizers to build a database of potential makerspace users. At the end of the survey you will be asked for your interest in participating. If you are interested your contact information is requested so the organizers can contact you in the future as planning proceeds.
