Do you have an interest in beauty and pamper care and would like to spend some quality time with young adults with complex needs?

We are looking for a person interested in providing general pampering to our residents including painting nails, manicures, pedicures, makeup, and massages (hand and feet).  This will also include developing friendships with the people we support, sharing experiences, and encouraging them to participate.  It’s heaps of fun for all involved!

Various times are available between the hours of 9am an 4pm, Monday to Friday. 

This role is suitable for people who enjoy beauty and pamper care and have well developed interpersonal skills and a caring and empathetic manner. It’s a great way to make a difference in the lives of our young adults with complex needs while making friends, having fun, and learning new skills.

About our Supported Accommodation Services

Everyone should have access to a living environment of their choosing. Our supported accommodation communities offer young people living with complex disabilities the chance to live a normal and dignified life with the support they need to reach their own personal goals.

All of these communities are state-of-the-art with high-tech equipment, and 24-hour care and support by registered nurses, carers and therapy assistants. Youngcare, Asher House, and WesleyCare also offer an activities coordinator and a qualified cook or chef.

The model of care provided at each community is focused on the individual to ensure the needs of every resident are met. This creates an environment where residents can enjoy the meaningful, happy lives they deserve.
