2026 Procurement Workforce Survey

Thank you for taking the time to complete our workforce planning survey.

This survey helps us collect information from procurement professionals across agencies. The findings will inform our workforce planning, capability development, and support initiatives.

The survey is voluntary and should take about 15 - 20 minutes to complete. If you're a manager, it may take a little longer as there are additional questions to answer. Your responses may be anonymous. We are not intending to hold any personal information. Your feedback will be reviewed and then saved in a manner where we will endeavour not to include personal information. The results will be reported in an aggregate form for analysis and reporting within NZGP and later externally, such as on our website. No individual responses will be identified or shared with anyone outside our project team.

There are no consequences for not taking part in the survey. If personal information is collected, it will be managed according to this statement, NZ Privacy Act 2020 and Survey Monkey policies (https://www.surveymonkey.com/mp/legal/privacy/).

Submissions may be subject to release under the New Zealand Official Information Act 1982 and requests under the Privacy Act 2020.
