WFOT Survey on Quality in Occupational Therapy

WFOT is conducting an online survey regarding quality in occupational therapy.

The purpose of this study is to:

1. Explore perspectives of occupational therapists regarding the quality of services they provide.

2. Investigate quality measurement in occupational therapy.

The results of the survey will be used to inform the continuous improvement of WFOT occupational therapy tools and resources.

Your participation is voluntary.

To participate in the survey, please complete the questions on the following pages. Completion of this survey will require approximately 5 minutes.

The deadline for responses is April 30, 2025.

Responses will only be recorded when you press “DONE” at the end of the survey.

Depending on your responses, you may be invited to participate in an interview with WFOT regarding your experiences with the use of quality indicators. If selected for an interview, participants will receive a Certificate of Participation for their time and support.
