* 1. How would you describe your vision level? If you wear glasses, contacts, or other corrective lenses most of the time, please reply according to your level of vision when wearing them.

I do not rely on my vision at all; I use nonvisual methods for computer or smart phone navigation and interaction.

I have some usable vision, but need to adjust settings or use screen magnification in order to do things on my computer or phone.

I see well enough to use my computer or phone without any special settings or assistive technologies.
